This week sees the release of Castlevania Judgment (Wii), and to commemorate the series' transition from action-adventure to straight-up fighting, developer Konami has issued an epic trailer packed to the brim with cinematics and in-game footage.

Ending its informative media blasts, publisher Konami has issued the "final character details" and new screenshots from its upcoming Wii fighter Castlevania Judgment.

Sporting online play, the vampirical fighting game hits retailers later this month. Check below for details and descriptions of the last three characters to be revealed:

Konami has released ten new screenshots from Castlevania Judgment, the 3D fighting game set in the Castlevania universe. Today's shots feature matchups like "Eric vs. Death" and some utterly gigantic weaponry.

In addition to the new shots, Konami also provided some new character descriptions. Featuring online multiplayer, Judgment will be released for the Wii in November.

Konami today released new screenshots of its upcoming Castlevania vehicles, Castlevania Judgment and Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia. The traditional, side-scrolling Order of Ecclesia is scheduled for an October 21 release on the Nintendo DS.

The 3D fighting title Castlevania Judgment is set to arrive later this fall on the Wii, filling a gaping hole in the console's vampire fighting game lineup.

Fulfilling the desires of many fans, the latest media from Konami's fighter Castlevania Judgment (Wii) features young series heroine Maria Renard and lots of whip action.

Packing online multiplayer, Castlevania Judgment hits North America this fall.

I played Castlevania Judgment at E3 next to famed Konami producer Koji Igarashi. An awesome experience to say the least, but admittedly somewhat awkward.

On the one hand, Igarashi's presiding guidance of the series—serving as the series' producer since shortly after 1997's Castlevania: Symphony of the Night—has brought about some of my favorite Castlevania games, including the DS entries Dawn of Sorrow and Portrait of Ruin.

Publisher Konami has issued a truckload of media to accompany today's E3 festivities.

Konami has released the first screenshots and artwork from Castlevania Judgment, the first fighting game take on the vampire-slaying adventure series, due on Wii this fall. Featuring the artwork of Death Note manga artist Takeshi Obata, Judgment pits series characters such as Dracula, Alucard, Simon Belmont and Maria Renard against one another in 3D combat, complete with motion-sensing controls and online multiplayer.

After years of speculation, publisher Konami today announced that its adventure-based Castlevania franchise will hit the Wii in the form of the series' first fighting game.

Titled Castlevania Judgment and due out this fall, the game is said to pit several generations of the vampire-slaying Belmont family against their numerous foes in 3D combat, complete with motion-sensing controls and online multiplayer.

"This combination is certain to thrill old and new fans of the franchise," said Konami marketing VP Anthony Crouts.

Few details were provided, though players will be able to make use of environmental weapons in addition to the series' usual whips and swords. Certain characters will be able to set traps on the battlefield and "make use of monsters."... Read more
